It has some good information on the history of American diet recommendations and diet science, with the nod going to Drs. Eades, the Weston A. Price Foundation, Gary Taubes etc., and the jabs going to the likes of the Center for Science in the Public Interest, who sue places like McDonalds and push for onerous laws that override individual choice and treat Americans like mindless cattle (if you want, I'll tell you what I really think).
Is it just me, or was Al Sears doing a Marlon Brando impression?
