I had no interest in running during the week this month, either by getting up in the freezing cold or by running in the pitch dark. Therefore my runs were on the weekends. I welcome longer and warmer days.
I get outside quite a bit for lunch, which is included under "Walk". There were a couple more days, but I didn't record them all.

ReplyDeleteAwesome! Could be a candidate for quote of the year!
brownie - I'm giving myself the Winter Sloth Award. To be followed closely by the Spring Overuse Injury Award.
ReplyDeleteI hear you on the done with running in the dark... At least you stayed close to that 2k vert per run. The vertical on the walks could use some help LOL! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHappyTrails - You too.
ReplyDeleteThe average is good, and one of those (Bear Creek) was almost flat, so really vert was 2.5k per run. My preference is pretty obvious.
