I got out for a late afternoon run on Monday that was better than some weekend runs that I do, up to the top of Green Mountain in Lakewood. Weather was chilly but mild, but the wind was blowing pretty good on top, pushing me around, probably 30 mph.
It may not be much of a mountain, but it's poetic in its own way.
Then I finished up the work I had to do from home, a couple of hour's worth.
Distance was 6.28 miles, time 1:21 (moving 1:06), elevation gain/loss 1,170 feet, avg. pace 13:02 (moving 10:36), and best pace 6:37.
