It was a decent run on Bear Creek yesterday, with the crummy weather breaking a little. Both paved paths and dirt trails.
I usually start slow so as to warm up, and stopped to take the usual raft of photos, but still more of a workout than usual over the last 1/2.
The road to the top of the dam, alongside the golf course, is good for steady turnover on a slow climb. Felt good.

Distance was 9.02 miles, time 1:41 (moving 1:29), elevation gain/loss 325 feet, avg. pace 11:14 (moving 9:55), and best pace 7:31.
