Once again a creek basin provided respite from afternoon rain storms. I wonder if the lower elevation makes the difference. So, I simply did 5 laps around the Bear Creek Greenbelt park, along the creek and on some paths. Started slow and got faster.
Distance was 9.18 miles, time 1:39 (moving 1:28), elevation gain/loss 88 feet, avg. pace 10:48 (moving 9:37), and best pace 6:54.
