Tuesday Bear Creek Lake Park Run

The past three weeks had been run at an easy pace, including the high peaks runs, because my feet and legs were feeling some stress. Sunday's run was uneventful and I felt good the next day, so I took the opportunity to ramp it up a bit this week.

You can't tell from the time, because halfway through I got so hungry that I was ready to eat plants along the trail, and slowed down. But then, my times are never that fast.






Distance was 7.35 miles, time 1:27 (moving 1:16), elevation gain/loss 701 feet, avg. pace 11:54 (moving 10:25), and best pace 7:23.
