Second day in a row doing that mixed-speed thing that in Swedish sounds like a bodily function. I'm getting bored with path runs and yet I can't really manage hill runs every day. It keeps it interesting.
Distance was 7.12 miles, time 1:19 (moving 1:11), elevation gain/loss 129 feet, avg. pace 11:13 (moving 10:04), and best pace 6:19.
After warm-up, one minute fast followed by slow jogging, then whenever I could I ran fast again. I think the 6:19 pace is a GPS anomaly, but I was at least down to 6:45 or so.
