Wednesday Clear Creek Path Run

I had to work to make this run worthwhile -- to me, I guess because I don't really like running when I don't have some sort of visual stimuli, i.e. most of the time it's dark out.

To some extent I'm motivated by keeping at the task of daily running, and getting better at it, but ultimately, I run because I like being out there, and if I don't enjoy what I see, my motivation quickly dissipates.

But there was some poetry to be found out there.

Distance was 7.30 miles, time 1:29 (moving 1:13), elevation gain/loss 118 feet, avg. pace 12:12 (moving 10:03), and best pace 7:10.
